Steve Dacri-In Your Face: The Close Up Magic Experience

  • I'll preface this by saying I hate magic shows.
  • This man's moustache is Out Of Control
  • So are his nails. I understand you use your hands but the high gloss nail lacquer manicure is blinding!
  • He went into the crowd and there is no longer a camera on him. I can't see the trick and have, as a result, completely lost interest.
  • I hope I have some gum
  • Oh look, he's back
  • Very strong 3 card Monty routine...so he's got that going for him
  • Call 800-222-5631 for reservations

"He starts with a mystifying card trick, and asks for audience participation. All eyes are on Dacri’s fast hands as he makes cards, handkerchiefs, balls of all sizes, casino chips and other objects appear, disappear, and reappear from nowhere. Each new trick is a mental and visual mind-blower. Dacri tells brief highlights of the history of close-up magic, describing a trick that his own teacher, Dai Vernon, taught him. A magician known around the world among the inner circle of magicians for his extraordinary sleight of hand skills, Vernon was the only magician ever to fool the great Harry Houdini. Then Dacri amazes the audience by performing that very same trick."

Trent Carlini at the Las Vegas Hilton

  • It looks like he's had a couple peanut butter and banana sandwiches since the show at Sahara
  • It looks like his costumes wish he hadn't have had so many
  • What are the go-go dancers for?
  • Dancers are back...a drum or guitar solo would save some overhead and reduce "WTF are those girls doing?" moments
  • Can't deny this kid has got talent
  • Back up singers haven't been in sync once. And FYI back up singer #3: Tube tops should only be worn by 16 year olds or those with good implants
  • Come on down and get your commemorative sweat scarf ladies!
  • It's kitschy and fun. Overall 4 out of 5 (but only because of the random choir)
  • Call 800-222-5361 for tickets

"You’ll swear "he's" back in the building! Nationally recognized Elvis tribute artist and winner of ABC’s "The Next Best Thing," Trent Carlini, combines his uncanny resemblance and incredible vocal ability in a performance that will electrify you. In his most powerful tribute yet to the ‘King of Rock and Roll,’ Carlini will take viewers on a retrospective of Elvis Presley’s career, from his unforgettable Rock-a-billy session, through the movie years, his `68 comeback period and the Las Vegas years of the `70s. With multiple costume changes, unbelievable visual media and more than 25 different hits, Trent Carlini truly showcases the King’s exciting life in entertainment"
